Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We'll be happy to help you find the right product.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Personal care items
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
